ocx files & swflash.ocx

could some one please tell me what a ocx file is and how they are used in VB 5. Particularly swflash.ocx since I am trying to incorporate flash into my VB code

Any help would be great.

I would like to know why there is a swflash file on my temp internet file folder. It has a read me file and a ocx file. What is this? What does it do? Can you read an ocx file?
