OCX and DLL redistribution

Hi everybody

Does anybody know if the following dll's are redistributable? I haven't found them in any of the redist.txt files I have (the ones in Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Service Packs). Any ideas of some other places (on the web) I should check? I am pretty sure they are Microsoft DLL's.

1.FOXTLIB.OCX
2.MFCANS32.DLL
3.SHLWAPI.DLL
4.URLMON.DLL
5.MSASN1.DLL
6.WININET.DLL

I am trying to install a Visual FoxPro application, which uses Crystal Reports 8 for reporting (file 1 needed by Foxpro, files 2 - 6 by Crystal - determined using the Dependency Walker).

You might be interested in this site:

You can look up MS DLLs to check versions and determine where they came from, though it doesn't provide links to download them or indicate whether they are redistributable. Could be of some help.

Not quite what you're asking, but it came to mind and is somewhat relevant, so....

Yeah, I know about that site, maybe some redistribution related info would be interesting to be seen there, too...
