Octel newbie

I have been handed an account maintaining approx. 30 sites with Octel 250's. My background is in transport/circuit install/test/maintenance so jumping into the voice world with little to no guidance has been frustrating. What I am really looking for is a working link to the user docs(install, maintenance and troubleshooting) for this system as I can't seem to find them on the Avaya website(or anywhere else for that matter). Also if anyone has any ideas on where I could find a one/two day crash training course that would be great

have you tries support.avaya.com? Then look under documentation. There si a log of info there.

support.avaya.com did not help me. Maybe it's user error.

But...lucky me I found a CD with the documentation floating around in an old file cabinet
