Octel New Message Header Information

I have a customer who has an Octel 250, who swears that they used to get header information (the recorded name of the mailbox who sent the message, or "from an outside caller" when the message was left by an outside caller) along with the time stamp before the new message is played, when listening to new messages. They don't get this now, they only get the header information when they press 5 for envelope information.

Any ideas on how to get the caller information, at the beginning, with the time stamp, back on new messages?

This is a class of service setting see below on the 2nd page of the class of service Date and time playback

Application Access: 0 - None Remove Introduction: Y

Invalid character
Enter 0 if date and time stamp playback never precedes message. Enter 1 if
stamp playback always precedes message. Enter 2 if subscriber can control
stamp playback.

They do have the time stamp correctly playing before the message - and the COS already has that tagged as "1". It is the introduction of who left the message, either "extension xxxx" or "an outside caller" (along with the time stamp) that they do not hear now.

I think i may have spoken to that person about this and as far as i know the only way that you would get the persons name before a message is if was coming from a node and the play name was flaged in the node profile. There is not a feature that will auto play the name of the person or outside caller or ext number before the message that I know of other than the above. It may have been a fluke or they are wrong ?
