Does anyone know how to set up a menu service on the octel 200. I cant find anything on how to set this up. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks anyway do you know how on any other version? maybe it is similar in some way?

that is exactly what I am talking about. I have a customer that wants to be able to press 1 for this and 2 for that from the voicemail menu

Ok, set up a DDI number, lets say 3000.
Enter: MOD U SD 3000.
Max digits is the amount of Option numbers to follow.
Lets say 5.
Next is prefix digits. These will be the leading digits of your option numbers.
Lets say 400. Hit enter and it should then tell you to add numbers 401, 402, 403, 404 and 405.(Max digits remember)
Add these in. Now you can setup 3000 as a message giving optins 1-5.

What do you want to do now with the options, just messages at the end or are you going to route them some where?

lever.

You'll also want to set some attributes, for 3000 you may want to have attr 1,5,27,85.

Thanks I will try that today!

They want to route them to two different hunt groups after making the choice. I have one that has the menu from a long time ago ( I didnt set it up) and I couldnt see how they are linked and routed
