Octel does not always answer

Have a Serenade and the problem is that every so often a call to the hunt group for VM just rings. If I hang up and try again the call will go thru. I tested all the analog ports becuase I thought on of them was open, but they all test ok. I dialed into each one to be sure, and they all answered. Any suggestions?
 
could be a hunt group issue on the PBX, I would double check to make sure that all of your VM ports are in the PBX hunt group. Ex. If you have 8 ports on the Octel, make sure you see only 8 extensions in the PBX hunt group. Also call each VM port extension separately to see if they all answer. You may have a bad port on one the VM or PBX.
 
Thanks for the replys. Replace bad digital board which cleared the problem.
