When one of our users logs into their vmail box on our Octel Aria 250 they get that msg. What have they turned on/off and how can I correct it? :) Thanks!

This is a feature, I think it is called Access Security. It is enabled in the Class of Service. However once it is turned on, you can't turn it off in the COS. But, the user can control it from their personal options menu.
