I'm sure this has been addressed before but I have one 250 to maintain and they have 76 hours available and only using 5. They want to increase this. Does Avaya still do this and if not are there vendors out there that do? Thanks!

Are they using 5 or is that what the system is authorized for?

The only way Avaya will open up hours is they are on a track to upgrade to the MM system as far as i know.

Ken, yeah, I guess the proper term is 5 hours authorized. They don't plan on upgrading, they just need more storage space. Thanks

Avaya or a third party Avaya partner should be able to help be it will cost some $$ to do it.

Avaya will not do it any longer unless you are going to buy a MM system. And a BP is not allowed to do that as it violates the software agreements and many other issues.

Ken your correct, I've been on an AVAYA MMS for 2 years now and forgot they end support for most 250, I think it was June of 07.

They still support it but they will not upgrade or add features unless you are going to move to the mm sometime in the near future
