Octel 250 - How to change Main Greeting

We need to know how to change the main greeting for our Main number. Currently we have re-recorded another greeting, and it is working, but the old greeting plays directly after the new one. How do we only get the new greeting to play and delete the old one?

What type is the mailbox you recorded the new greeting in?

It sounds to me like the old greeting is a customized help prompt under the greeting menu. If that is the case then you would just go to the greeting menu and then customized help prompt and delete it.

A lot of sites will record the customized help prompt the same as the system greeting. That way it plays the same prompt twice before you are disconnected or transfered to the operator.

The greeting that we recorded is on the main number, but there is another greeting that is playing that we cannot delete that is playing directly after the greeting we recorded. How do we delete this unwanted greeting?
