Octel 200 Serenade Question 2

We are replacing our Octel 200 Serenade VMX system. We need to know what information we should obtain from the system regarding extensions, auto-attendants etc. and the commmands to obtain these reports as no one at our location is proficient with Octel VMX systems. Please help.

if you log in with the Maintenance password and type INSTALL you will delete everything. but then it will want you to reprogramm it.

The best thing is to use the following commands to delete the content of the OCTEl 200:
.d user
.d sch
.d cos (0-127/254)
.d info

Then make a copy to diskette, also.
Remenber to reset the passwords:
@pass m maint
@pass a admin
@pass r report
