Octel 100 integrated with Mitel SX200

I have an Octel vmx 100 that I am trying to integrate with a Mitel SX200 light. I can either have the Octel ring the extension or send the call to voicemail, but I can not get the the voicemail to pick up after a ring no answer to the extension. Any suggestions?

Don't know much about the 100 but are you sure that the call is covering to the hunt group that has the octel ports in it?

Thanks Ken, I was doing this work remote, found that the user was not call forwarding the phone correctly. Had them forward the phone on bsy/no answer and started working correctly
