HSM have you got any experience with either of those?

Could i possibly expect any of the below behavior?

The OCS client will have a tell number associated with it which can be answered by the users as an OCS call or it can be diverted to a mobile or voice mail etc

This I know is tricky – we need to associate a bunch of our numbers and link them into the exchange server which is NY based – maybe we need to have a local exchange server!!


with voice enabled OCS people should be able to plug in headsets for conference calls
