OCS Attendant Console Issue

Hi all,

Having issue with this software. I have installed it but am unable to double click the Call Forwarding Options button....Single or double clicking does nothing.

Result is each time a call comes in it is answered on the phone on Hands Free mode, not on the PC headset.

As far as I can tell we have no policy options set to lock this down, it just doesnt allow me to change the Attendant console to answer on the PC.

Thanks for any help.
 
The answer to this was to untick the 'PBC Integration' tick box on the user properties on the Front End Server.
