OBSERVE key

does anyone know how to add an observe key to an agent phone without converting it to a supervisor set? is this even possible?

i've never seen it done, but just throwing this out there for anyone that might know a shortcut.

The DOCS clearly state that to have the OBV key the set must have CLS=SPV
