O/G voice recording

What is the easiest way to record all outgoing calls with you use PRI`s ? I`ve been informed that you have to double jumper each extension - is there any easier way?

yes you can buy a trunkside logger. It "T"'s into your pri cable between the pbx and the carrier termination.

usually it's coupled to a cdr output or a cti link to enable tagging of the calls.

we are using NICE, but there are others. depends on your locale.

yes as it's the cdr/cti that provides the info ie date, time, trunk number, duration, direction, number dialled etc...

do you need just number called, calling number, duration info or a phyical voice record? the text info is ava through the cdr inyour switch without out side equiptment..
