I am trying to run Caldera'a nwclient for linux on a Open Linux 2.2 system. I am able to log into our Novell 3.12 server but cannot access any of the volumes. nwwhoami confirms a connection and I have TCP/IP services from the Bootp server. Have I missed a configuration file? Any help would be appreciated.

This is a problem that Caldera is working on. Check out the following FAQ on their support page:

You can get the lastest nwclient 4.2.1-1 from:

ftp.calderasystems.com/pub/OpenLinux/patches/earlyaccess/nwclient-4.2.1-1.i386.rpm

You need to do the following to install it:

INSTALLATION: If you already have the nwclient package installed, first remove it from your OpenLinux 2.2 system by entering the following command:

rpm -e nwclient

You may then download the file nwclient-4.2.1-1.i386.rpm to your local hard disk. Install it as user "root", using the following command:

rpm -i nwclient-4.2.1-1.i386.rpm

Upon restart, the NetWare Client will automatically start up. For further documentation on the utilities included in this package, view the "man pages" for all programs beginning with "nw" in the /usr/bin/ directory.

Hope this helps,
That did the trick, thanks.
