NW 6.1.3 does not read barcode labels on Qualstar

SInce 6.1.3 installation we have a Qualstar JBX that will not read any labels.
6.0.2 reads same labels OK.

I had the exact same problem Check the firmware version on the jukebox, I had to get a new microcode chip from Qualstar to fix my jukebox. Legato had a note about buried in an email address. My old code was 2.13 and it has to be 2.14 or higher to work with Networker 6.1.3

I have now severall Qualstart jukeboxes with firmware 2.16 that after upgrading Networker to 6.1.3 fail to display SEVERALL existing barcodes,while successfully displaying other existing and new ones.

I need ideas SOS !

This might be a bug with 6.1.3.
Try to check with your Legato support.
As a reference you could use LGTpa51803.

you must set Configuration/Advanced/Changer/Mechanism/BCR to NONE.
