NVR -Error 1 1

As a result of Hurricane Ivan we lost power in our area. Things are getting back to normal except I'm getting the above error on the terminal screen of one Option 11C. All phones are working and everything appears to be ok....I just can't get rid of this error and login to the system. Any help would be great.

That's what I'm thinking. I have the manual...(it's a VT520 Video Terminal) but it's no help.

I'm going to take a guess that the VT is reporting a "Non Volitile RAM - Error 1"

Can you get into the setup of the TTY? This is definately not a PBX error.

TheFletch...I can get into setup. What do you suggest I look for? There is the option to Restore Settings...but I'm not sure what other problems that might cause.

At this point you have nothing to loose. Resetting the TTY will have no effect on the operation of the switch.

Problem resolved. Go to Setup, Actions, Restore Default setting, Save Settings. Reboot terminal. Back to normal!
