nvm iSSUE 1

I am working on a NAM running NVM 4.1. During a restore yesterday the system rebooted. I can no longer acces mailbox 102 with the default or old password. I tried resetting the admin password but still get invalid password everytime i try to log in.

I came back today with a backpack CDrom and tried running the upgrade to default but it doesnt change anything.

I need to delete voicemail from the NAM so i can reload but can't find any info on how to do it. ANy help is appreciated.

feature 983 shows log, but when i enter any password combination i get invalid password or not allowed

And your reseting via 985 / 9 ?

Check DN length as might be 12 or 1002.

It was deeper than that but thanks for the post. I found an old thread and had to remove a couple of files using the OS2 interface.
