Was wondering if anyone had run across the following situation with an NVM voicemail running on an MICS. An internal call or a transferred call will not forward properly to vm. As the internal caller your display will indicate that the call is forwarding to vm, but will suddenly come back with a "Not available" message. Your display will then prompt you for an extension number. You can put in a number and the extension will be called, but the whole process starts over again. The system has been running fine for years. This is a new development and is occurring system-wide. I have verified that the vm DN has not changed and that the forwarding destination for extensions matches that DN. All ports are active and there is nothing unusual in the programming of the other vm ports. The vm software level is 4.0.04E. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I think you chose the NEC forum because the NVM is Nitsuko now owned by NEC?

I still think this might be a Nortel thread though. How is the VM connected to the MICS? Is it through a analog VMI adapter. If so, the integration codes get programmed via the Norstar to the VMI adaptor (if I recall correctly, it's been years but this is how we integrated Comdial/Keyvoice VM systems with Nortels). I think feature 9**

See this link I googled(some other integration with VMI, very similar)...

Good luck.
