nvidia FX 5500 dual view

Hi,

I had problems with my old video card at bootup so i replaced it with a new FX 5500.

I installed the latest driver but I could not set up dual view to get both of my monitors running at the same time. Every time I attempt to choose the option, I get an error 106. Does anyone know what this is?

I have tried searching the web and also the nvidia knowledge base. I have also tried installing an older version of the nvidia drivers. I am running w2k.

Are ou using the NVidia control panel?

Did you install this panel it or just the driver?

i only installed the driver. I always have problems when i install the control panel.

Well, I don't know what problems you generally have, but it is the easiest methid to allow dual view.
