Nurse on Call

I am need of some help here. We are running IP Office 8.1 and VM Pro 8.1. Here is what were trying to accomplish.

-Call flow for Nurse on Call.
-Menu with a 5sec timeout that goes to Nurse on Call extn.
-If the press 1 (or something) they are able to set the call forwarding number for the nurse on call extn. (Of course I will set a PIN Code on this silent option.)

Any help on this would be appreciated!

I would use a separate module for both the live calls and the recordings/admin changes. You don't want the genital public near it.
