Nupoint voicemail to email caller ID 3

Im having some trouble with nupoint 4.0 and seeing the caller ID on messages. Currently in the vm to email messages, I see non-mail-user@mydomain.com and the subject just shows voicemail from unknown caller.

I have a mailbox on the embedded system and on nupoint. When I divert the call to the embedded system, CID works just fine.

I checked the COS on my line group 5220's they all have the 3 Caller ID options enable in COS (display muliline ...)

is there an fcos on the nupoint side that will allow this? When I call myself and leave a message from an internal extension, I will see the CID of the set I called from.

The controller is an MXe running 10.0 sp2

ok that did it. I only had 262 and 263 enabled.
