Nupoint voice mail encoding

The iphone running version 2.0 is unable to play the attached .wav files sent from Nupoint version 11.0. Is there a way to change the encoding format for these sound files on the Nupoint server? Encoding as an .mp3 would be great.

There is is other file formats on the road map, however they have not been defined nor has a date of when to support them. With all that is on the table for NuPoint, I would expect it will be at least 18 months before this is taken into design consideration.

Thanks. Hopefully they'll make encoding a little more flexible in the future.
