Hello all,
I have created a Call flow in a Mailbox, press 4 for XX, press 6 for XXX, # for VM. I am trying to get these to go to the Extension i enetered in.
When i dial it, press the digit, i go right to vm and not that ext? any help appreciated.
TIA.

I tried this and still going right to the mailbox..

Set up as a Blind Transfer. Specified Extension XXXXX

Should it be Gather Digits?

I'm assuming you want the ability to transfer from that Call Flow (to MB) to another extension starting with 4 or 6??

Here is the situation,..

Call comes into location, press 1 (goes to a ring group), if they don't pickit up, that mailbox XXXXX plays call flow greeting.. press 4 for this dept, 6 for this dept. etc.

4 is a blind transfer to a ACD Q in another location. as is 6. I am just note sure WHY, when i dial the 4/6 it goes right to XXXXX vm and does not blind transfer to that q. I hope i am explaining enough.

Sorry, I miss understood you.

You need to map 4 to a Blind Transfer and set it to a Specified Extension (place the ACD Pilot number here).

Do the same for 6.

Do not use Gather Digits.

That is how i currently have it all set up.. But still going to that XXXXX mailbox

That mailbox (13077). Is what picks up and plays the call flow greeting. I have set up blind trsf as stated above, but as soon as i hit the 4 (to goto the other Q) i end up in 13077 vm.

Where am i looking for that?
The Extension: is set to the ACD Q. Is this what you mean.

In the Call Flow, in the bottom right hand corner, you should see all the digits 1-9, 0, MultiKey, On Error, etc. What is MultiKey set too?

Ok sorry bout that. It is set to the ring group. 51100 (which goes to that 13077 if not picked up.)

Your system is a bit messed, from what I can see.

The only thing I could do is VPN in or do a remote desktop and see what is going.

Sorry I could not be of more help.

TY for your help.. Yes it is very hard to follow. We do way to many funky things. appreciate All your time.
