Hello and thank you in advance for your help/consideration.

I hope what I am asking is a very basic question. I am trying to track calls that come in directly to the nupoint system and most specifically need to know the CLID (caller ID) of every caller, even if they hang up and do not leave a message.

I suspect that NuPoint is capturing this information, but I do not know where to find it. Could anyone please tell me a way, either through GUI or through Putty that I could create a report specific to a single mailbox (or alternatively a range of mail boxes) that would not only tell me the total number of received calls, but would also tell me the CLID of each caller.

If you have alternative ideas or suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them also. Thanks!

Alternatively, if I can pull this report through our 3300, that would be great also -- it does not have to be Nupoint.

I need to be able to pull a report on a single DID (or range of DIDs) that will show me all incoming caller ID (CLID) information regardless of where the call went after hitting the 3300 or Nupoint, is this possible -- if so, what is the command in Mitel?

Thanks!
