I am creating a report and each record for that report is numbered starting with one. I used the special field "record count", however, I need it to start over every time their is a change in Aircraft. Could someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks so much.

You did not say what version of Crystal you are using, but assuming you are on v8 or newer, Insert, field object, running total field, evaluate on every record, reset on change of field aircraft. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
