Hello,
How do we number records in detail section?something like

office center
1. td la
2. th chicago
3 tj phoenix
4 tk scity

Thanks

I guess the easiest way would be to use running sum.

Hi fmt,
Create an unbound textbox in the detailsection of your report. Put =1 in the controlsource property of the textbox, and set the property Running Sum of the textbox to 'yes'. That should do it.

Pampers -

forgive my errors, just back from a holiday

set the property Running Sum of the textbox to 'yes'.
The Running Sum property can be set to Over Group or Over All. I expect you want Over All.
