Number of Rows in a Report 1

Hi All,

What exactly control the number of rows display in a report. I always get only one row displayed per page.

Any thing needs to be changed.

Please let me know.

It could be many things depending on what you have in the Section Expert for the detail and group sections.

A report sample would be helpful.

In the section expert, check to see if you have new page after or before set on a detail section or whether you have "print on bottom of page" set for a detail section.

Hi LB,

I checked it , i didnt have any thing set. Still it displays only 3 rows where it can easaily accomodate one more row.

Nothing is set on the detail or on the group section.


How to change that.

Check the top and bottom page margins. Reducing it will allow more lines to be displayed.
