Is there a way to define the number of rings for a given user on EC-500? The phone at my desk goes to my cell phone after 2 rings, but this other user's doesn't go til 4 or 5 rings. Any ideas? Thanks!

Running a trace on the other person extension and make a test call might give you some answers.
However, unless there is some sort of ARS issue, how long a call takes to land on a cell phone with EC500 is more in the carriers hands, not your PBX.
Once you do the trace, you should see, that a soon as a call hit the extension, then the PBX start to place an outside call to the EC500 number.

the answer is in the coverage path, if you coverage path is set to 3 rings then voicemail and the cell phone is timed to about 4 rings then your mailbox will get the voicemail, set the amount of rings to a greater value and this should solve the issue
