Good afternoon Techs, i been looking through the BCM and through the admin options when calling voice-mail but can not find the setting. We have a user that is complaining that when people call his extension it rings 12 times before going into his voice-mail. When i dial my own extension it only rings 5 times. Is their a setting on the BCM, to change the number of times it will ring before entering voice-mail? thank you in advance.
