Number of Rings before Voice-Mail

Good afternoon Techs, i been looking through the BCM and through the admin options when calling voice-mail but can not find the setting. We have a user that is complaining that when people call his extension it rings 12 times before going into his voice-mail. When i dial my own extension it only rings 5 times. Is their a setting on the BCM, to change the number of times it will ring before entering voice-mail? thank you in advance.

In unified manager, go under "telephony services","dn's,"active set dn's" and locate the person's extension, then go under "call forward" "forward no answer" and assign it the call pilot dn (you can find it by pressing Feature 985 on any set, then you'll be able to set the number of rings (usually 3-4 rings so that it does not conflict with transfer callback timer).
