I received a call from one of our departments that have a MICS and they are experiencing a strange problem. They have 2 numbers assigned to their specific department. Occassionally, when call comes into the numbers, it is being routed to a third number in an unrelated department in the same system. They do not share numbers, it appears that there is not forwarding programmed, the lines are not being forwarded before hitting the system. I am looking for any suggestions on places to look. I have access to the system via remote connection. Any help would be great.
