I have two questions I havent been able to solve on my MX-ONE system (3.2 SP2):

I have done number_conversions that change the number presented when doing external calls, but I havent got it to work with internal calls. I want our servicedesk extensions to only present the servicedesk number and not the individual members extensions.

Another problem with Group Hunting. Group hunting does everything I want except I want parallell ringing on all members in the hunting group. Is it possible to get parallell ringing working? I have tried ADN Buttons but then I get only have one call at a time against the group number. One solution that might work is to change the member order from day to day so the extension that should take all calls "first" is the first member, but then I would need to schedule a command in the PBX...

Sorry, I should have mentioned: This has to be done with IP-phones. Not digital extensions...

hello,
parallel ringing has limitation, did you try with MDN using MNS instead ADN?
for IP : GEADC :DIR=...,ADDNUM=;

BR

Yes, I have tried GEADC, the problem is if someone dials in, it's then busy. I need to be able to have at least 2 simultaneous calls against my group number.

Chris

create one GH with QUE, one GRP member and in all telephones create MNS for the member, when pick up the call the number will be free again.

Thanks secureipdect, that worked just perfect!
Is it possible to get the group forwarded to voicemail if calls are not responded within a certain time?
