What are NTP's and how do I access them? I have been reading here and a lot of people keep refering to these, and cutting and pasting from them so I assume they are Computer based right?

ntp i think stands for nortel technology publications ...

abt a month or so back, nortel started giving access to 'public' who register on their website to the documentation ...

yes all the manuals are .pdf files ... and if u have adobe acrobat then you can cut and paste
