NTP on WIN2K

Can someone please explain to me how I can make a windows 2000 server snyc time with my time sever. I thought win2k comes with NTP client. I couldn't find anything on the server that refers to NTP. So I copy TIMESERV of off NT RESOURCE KIT. I feel like I am still doing something wrong. Somebody please help.

its usage is as follows

NET TIME [\\computername | /DOMAIN[:domainname] | /RTSDOMAIN[:domainname]] [/SET]
[\\computername] /QUERYSNTP
[\\computername] /SETSNTP[:ntp server list] Kapil Aggarwal
