NTLDR Is Missing????

I have a Sony laptop running Me and I got something that was not responding and end tasked it and now when I rebooted it keeps coming up NTLDR is missing hit any key to restart.... When I hit any key it displays same message over and over can not boot to Windows... Please Help

NTLDR? Are you dual booting with Win2k?

Hi,
Try and get a Emergency Windows Startup disk or any bootable disk that contains a file called sys.com. After you boot up into DOS, at the prompt type "sys c:". That would rewrite the windows boot code. Check out this link for more info

Do you have a floppy in the floppy drive? Silly question I know. Some driver disks will display that message when you boot with it in the floppy drive.
