NTDS KCC - error 1121

I'm getting this on one my DC and can't find ANY data as to how to fix this issue.

This is a Win2K3 domain controller. I've verified replication (sites/services, netIQ - Adcheck & dcdiag) so I know its not replication.

Thanks for your input.
