I'm attempting to boot a Windows Server 2003 and receive the error

"Invalid Boot.ini....Loading C:\Windows......NTDETECT FAILED"

Any clues to what we can do to get this up?

You have to create a boot disk using another server.
Format a floppy using w2k3.
Copy the ntldr, boot.ini, and ntdetect files over to the floppy.
Edit the boot.ini to reflect your server's settings.
Use the boot disk to boot the server.
After the boot, copy the files to the root directory of your system partition.(Where the boot.ini and other files should be.)
