NT8D14 with CALLPILOT

Hi,

We have a problem with incoming Call from an NT8D14 (Analog lines) forwarding to the Callpilot.
Actually the Callpilot doesn't detect when the Call from the NT8D14 is Off Hook, so we have message with busy tone of 4 minutes in the Callpilot.

Does anyone know somethink about this ?

Do you have the Trunks setup as LOOP Start or GROUND Start, LOOP Start don't provide disconnect supervision and shouldn't be used on a PBX.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

ace is right, if they are ground check your timers.. we used ground start with mail for over a decade so it will work.. you might get loop to work but never perfect

Hi,

I was in SIGL:LOP and i have tried to change with SIGL:GRD , but the mistake with this config is that the NT8D14 doesn't detect the ring and so the call doesn't arrive in the PBX...

you have to call the provider ans have them change the trunks to ground start at the same time.
