NT5D31AA Installation and Configuration

Hello Everyone.
Does anyone know what should I do to configure a new NT5D31AA, I already plugged into the PBX, but I do not have any Idea what I should to configure it.
I need to change 6 external analog lines and get them connected to this card.

This card is a Digital Signaling Processor (DSP) equipped Universal Trunk(DXUT) card, and is based on the Extended Universal Trunk card(EXUT) NT8D14. It configures in LD 14 as a trunk card.

This is an Asia Pacific and CALA card, that has some tone detection capabilities, which must be downloaded to the card before use. Can't help much with that.

I have some question about some fields I hope you can explain me what they mean.

My new card I installed it on slot number 12, I tried to use a CPY 1 from tn 7-0 to TN 12-0 but I was enable to do it.
I used option 14 and I did try to create a new one, but for some field I did not what to specified.

If you have a similar card, maybe you can share your configuration with me, just to take a look aand try to undestand how to configure this new one.
