Hello, I have a NT4 server that is rebooting almost everyday. In the eventviewer I get following errors : Event ID : 2019 The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty, then, Event ID : 2000 The server's call to a system service failes unexpectedly. This I get a few times and then the server reboots. Can anybody help. Thanks

You may need to verify your pagefile if it is configured accordingly. It should be the minimum of your total installed memory divided by two and add that amount to the total memory installed. Example: total memory - 256MB / 2 = 128. Add 128 + 256 = 384. Total pagefile should be 384MB minimum. If your server is running SQL or Exchange adjust accordingly. If you can place the pagefile on another hard drive if you have that configuration that will be better. Also, your Event Viewer may be full, save a copy of if required and then clear all events.

If your disk that the partition is on is acting wierd you may wish to run the NT checkdsk tool. backup your system first of course.

Thanks,
