NT4 Domain to W2k Domain with AD

we are migrating from our NT domain to W2K WITH AD. Currently one of oyur member server is and NT4 boxy with MS Proxy 2 on it, (Our PRoxy Server). What is the equivalent to proxy2 in thhe new windows 2000 environment?

That would be Internet Security & Acceleration Server 2000.
