NT1R20 OPS issues 1

Hi

We bought new NT1R20 OPS anlg line cards for off premises analog stations on 81C pbx, the cards worked fine for few hours then we got issues, no tonality on stations??
Any ideas?
Rectifier output is around 54.7V could it be the cause??

I hate when the tonality stops working, hard to troubleshoot that!

The problem is that we fixed the card however we put it on site it worked for few hours then stopped again, and we have issues with many cards!!!

We noticed that the problem is happening when we power down then up the pbx???
any ideas??
Could it be any jumper settings on the card???

When you "fixed" the card. What did yuo do to fixed it?
