NT User Account Creation

I am looking for a way to create NT Domain User accounts using ColdFusion script. I have found an executible that I could use with <cfexecute>, except it needs to run in the context of a user with Administrator privledges (which I haven't figured out how do do with cfexecute).

That's a great site, but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for... Does anybody else have any ideas?
