NT Backup to LTO-3

Hi all.

I have HP Proliant DL 380 G5 and HP StorageWorks MSL2024 Ultrium 960 LTO-3 Autoloader.
The Autoloader is filled with tapes.
I have the following problem. I can't make a simple file backup using NT backup.
The NT backup utility shows LTO Ultrium in the 'Backup destination', but when I try to backup a file it displays the following message and stuck forever:

Found free media:
Waiting for previous media operation to finish.

Although I did not make an operations before.

Any ideas on what this could mean.

Is there a robot management program that you may have to use to load a tape first? This is usually provided with the tape library.

Hi

Computer Management -> Removable Storage and check under the Work Queue for any errors and delete if any failed jobs . Try starting the removable storage service too and check it
