We are having a problem similar to thread 782-916587. We have an administrator that is getting the error:

"An internal error has occurred in the NT Authentication plugin while trying to establish group membership. Please make sure that each mapped NT group belongs to an accessible domain."

He's getting the error when he tries to log into the Crystal Enterprise 10 Management Console or when he's in Crystal Reports 10 trying to open up a report stored on the server. He started noticing the error after he changed his NT password.

Does anyone have any suggestions of things to try?

Resynch/Update your WinAD in CMC under AUTHENTICATION.

Ensure that your WinAD DOMAIN CONTROLLER(s) are working correctly - sounds like you have more than one possible DC, and it's not passing the revised info along properly.

We are using WinNT, not WinAD authentication and we only have 1 NT group so is there something else we can try?

I should also add that it's only 1 user that is having this problem.
