Is there any software or command line procedure which will show me the disabled accounts on the network.

Possibly a switch on the 'net user' command.

There is probably something in the Resource Kit but I don't know off the top. You could download a trial of one of Third Party admin tools if you only need to do it once and don't forget if you happen to have any 2000 machines around that shows up right in user manager.

There is a tool called "addusers.exe" in Nt resource kit.
This tool have few options. This may help u. u can download NT Resource Kit Tools from Microsoft website.
