Nortel Meridian 1 81-C When programming in a new NPA and using DMI tables to delete and insert, I am allowed only 64 entries under LDID. I know to limit the numbers by using blocks of DID but what happens after you reach the limit of 64. Also if I have an old NPA of say 540 and I need to add new 540-XXX prefixes, when I try to add I get an error stating 540 already exists. I need to add 540 and new NXX's and add more than the 64 limit? I am sure this is a simple thing, but do not do routing very often.

Thanks.

Did you try using CHG instead of NEW?

the limit of 64 is in ld 87, look at the max prompts, one of those sets the limits at a default level
