NT 4 Workstation script

How is it possible, to change the domain of an NT 4 workstation, using a script (VBS;BAT)?

You would use the NetDom.exe utility from the resource kit. Version 1.8 is available for download at MS site. Example syntax is as follows:
netdom /Domain:NEWDOMAIN MEMBER %COMPUTERNAME% /JOINDOMAIN
This assumes that the account used to start the script has rights to add machines to the new domain.
