Whats the best way to administer 13 accounts whose login name and profile are all the same? The network will be a new LAN with a server all house within one small building.
I haven't taken many NT courses nor have I much experience in this area, but now its a job responsibility. Any suggestions?

Create different user ID's for each user. You are just asking for trouble in the future if they are all the same.

Set up one account first in User Manager - with a home folder, logon times, and other restrictions.
The copy this account (select it and press F8) and then just add a new name for each.
You might want to look at policies and profiles to help manage their accounts. Microsoft have some good White Papers on the subject and the Zero Administration Kit takes you through some of it.
